Not all extraction is equal — pulling water off a surface and actually removing it from carpet pad, subfloor, and wall cavities are different jobs entirely. Our Water Extraction crews do the second one.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter against a dry baseline, not by how the surface looks or feels, since a floor can appear dry while the material underneath stays saturated.
None of this changes for a small job either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist instead of a specialist.
Commercial extraction units outpull portable equipment on every surface type we work with.
We test multiple points across the affected area before calling extraction complete.
Local staging near Three Rivers cuts the wait between your call and equipment arriving.
You know the number before extraction starts, based on what we actually find.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each piece of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Standing water comes out first, then detailed extraction moves into carpet, pad, and seams.
We adjust technique for engineered versus solid hardwood, since they respond differently to moisture.
Pad gets extracted independently from the carpet surface, since it retains water far longer.
Extraction dwell time gets adjusted based on how porous the specific concrete surface is.
Furniture and upholstered items get evaluated on-site for extraction versus replacement.
A final moisture sweep confirms target levels were actually reached before we leave.
This is the same sequence every water extraction job follows, regardless of size.
You call +1-844-578-1604 and a live dispatcher takes the details of your Water Extraction need, not a voicemail system.
Local staging is what makes rapid arrival possible, rather than a promise with nothing behind it.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
We stand behind the result with a documented sign-off, not just a verbal assurance.
These reviews come from real water extraction calls, not a curated highlight reel.
"Moisture readings after the fact gave me real confidence, not just a verbal assurance."
Jasper L., Three Rivers"They tested pad separately from carpet, which caught moisture I would've missed entirely."
Rosalind P., Three Rivers"No hidden per-gallon charges — the quote held exactly."
Micah S., Three Rivers"The pad testing caught moisture the carpet surface alone never would have revealed."
Fernanda Q., Three Rivers"Extraction under a built-in bookshelf unit was handled without us having to empty and move it ourselves first."
Zora P., Three RiversIf your question about water extraction isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.
Our water extraction coverage spans 97707, with crews positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.

Service boundaries are based on realistic response time, not an arbitrary line on a map.
